Fachhochschule Vorarlberg
The FHV, Vorarlberg University of Applied Sciences is a research-intensive university/higher education institute with approx. 1,600 students and around 350 academic staff. It comprises six internal research centers and Schloss Hofen, an external scientific organization. FHV acts as main academic institution and knowledge hub for stakeholders out of business, industry, government, politics and society in Vorarlberg. FHV has achieved excellent rankings in the U-Multirank, particularly in categories such as Teaching and Learning, International Orientation, and Regional Commitment.
The staff of the Business Informatics department at FHV has extensive experience in conducting research and development activities at regional, national, and international levels. The core focus lies at the intersection of innovation and digital technology, addressing areas such as Innovation Management and Engineering, Technology Impact Assessment, Resilience Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, System/Eco-System Collaboration, and Methods & Tools.
